The Associate Production Manager reports to the Director of Production and works closely with the Production Manager. This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation and coordination of special engagements, theater productions, concerts, and other events including extra-departmental and imported productions; provides technical and audio/visual support for all departments within the organization; and assists the Director of Production and Production Manager with supervision of the Production Department. This is a full-time, nonexempt position earning an annualized salary range of $52,500-$56,500 in addition to a benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance plans, term life and accident policies, 401k retirement plan, flexible spending plan, paid time off, and more!

Reporting to the Events Supervisor of ACES (Arvada Center Event Spaces), this hourly nonexempt position is an essential component in the execution of Event Orders for the Arvada Center’s Ballrooms and special events as requested throughout the facility. This is a part-time, nonexempt position earning an hourly wage of $18.00. The schedule may vary depending on event bookings, not to exceed more than 20 hours per week.

Reporting to the Director of Galleries and Curator, this position works side-by-side in a collaborative relationship with the Director to bring the Galleries' vision to life. This position is responsible for project managing, planning, coordinating, curating, working with/and managing installation teams, managing the annual Fine Art Market, and acting as Registrar of Exhibitions. The best candidate will have a passion for the art and artists of the region and a commitment to delivering the Arvada Center’s Mission. This is a full-time, exempt position earning an annualized salary range from $55,000 to $60,000 in addition to a benefit package including health, dental, vision insurance plans, term life and accident policies, 401k retirement plan, flexible spending plan, paid time off, and more!
