2025 Fine Art Market Submissions

Thank you for considering submitting to our annual Fine Art Market sale!

The 39th Annual Fine Art Market is scheduled for November 28 - December 14, 2025. The Art Market will be held in the Main Gallery at the Arvada Center.

The Fine Art Market serves as the AC Galleries’ annual fundraiser and provides a unique shopping experience for patrons during the holiday season. The sale features more than 100 acclaimed Colorado artists working in various media. Participating artists are both invited and juried. The Arvada Center staff manages all of the displays and artist’s sales. Sales are completed using Square, and artists are required to submit their inventory sheets in a digital format.

The Arvada Center will retain a 40% commission on all artwork sold during the show and sale. The deadline to apply is July 28.

Fine Art Market Applications

The application process is for artists who have

  1. Never exhibited in the Art Market

or

  1. Have not exhibited in the past two years. Artists who participated in past Art Markets may be invited to return. If you do not receive an invitation, you are welcome to complete a new application.

To apply, there is a $35, non-refundable jury fee. Artists who are selected to participate in the Art Market will be required to pay an additional $25 participation fee upon acceptance. Limited entrance fee scholarships are available for artists who are experiencing economic hardship, for artists who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and for artists who identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Application Deadline:

All applications must be received by midnight on Sunday, July 27, 2025. Applications that are received after the deadline will not be viewed.

 

Selection/Exhibition Timeline: 

July 27, midnight - Deadline for applications

August 15 - Notifications emailed to applicants by this date

November 13 - Artwork Drop-off at the Arvada Center 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

November 28 - Art Market Opening Reception, 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.

December 14 - Last Day of Art Market

December 18 - Pick up unsold artwork 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Application Details:

Please note: you are not able to save your application and revisit it. We recommend you gather the following information before starting:

  • Up to 10 high-resolution digital images for 10 different pieces, one image per piece submitted. A minimum of five images/pieces is required. These images do not need to be the actual works that will be available in the Fine Art Market; they should represent the type of work you would like to sell. The Arvada Center reserves the right to refuse work that has been misrepresented.
  • Technical information for each image that should correspond with the image.*
