We're upgrading our ticketing system!

Our team has been working extremely hard behind the scenes to bring you a brand new ticketing system, and we're pleased to let you know that we'll be able to share it with you very soon. Starting the first week of November, we’re migrating to Spektrix - a ticketing system that will improve online sales, digital tickets, and our online purchasing experience! 

What does this mean?

• Spektrix will provide for a more streamlined, user-friendly website purchasing experience with fewer clicks. Expect more information in your Arvada Center account, greater options for digital ticket delivery, and an easier time buying tickets to events online.
• Our Box Office will be closed for theatre event sales from November 2 to November 4. We’ll be back up and running by Thursday, November 5.
• Education classes and camps will still be on sale during this downtime.
• Going forward, you’ll be receiving informational and promotional emails from updates@email.arvadacenter.org. We’d love it if you would add us as a contact - so you can ensure you receive messages from us. 
• Customer passwords from our old system will not transfer - you will need to create a brand-new account in Spektrix and set up a new password.
• You’ll need to re-enter any saved credit card information in your new account.

Scheduled website downtime

In order to make the necessary changes to launch our shiny new site, there will be a short period of downtime beginning Monday, November 2 until Wednesday, November 4. During this time, we will not be able to sell tickets to events in our theatres, redeem gift certificates, or process donations through our website. You will also not be able to login to your account online. Education class purchases will still be live during this window. 

If you’d like to make a charitable donation during this downtime, you can do so through the Colorado Gives Day website. 

We expect the new ticketing system to launch Thursday, November 5 and will be sure to let you know as soon as it's live so that you can take a look and start making ticket purchases! 

If you wish to buy tickets for any shows before this downtime, grab them today! Now is a great time to grab tickets for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat or other holiday events.
