About Face

Performing over 120 shows per year around the world, the band was named 2019 A Cappella Music Awards’ “Quintet of the Year.” Face also competed on the hit NBC series “The Sing-Off,” headlined at Edinburgh, Scotland’s prestigious Festival Fringe, and has opened for legendary performers such as Jon Bon Jovi, Barenaked Ladies, Jay Leno, The Wailers, 38 Special, Manhattan Transfer, Rick Springfield, and Culture Club & Boy George.

Back home in Colorado, Face continues to be voted “Best Local Band/ Musician” by numerous publications and audience awards, and regularly performs for packed audiences in iconic venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Paramount Theatre, Swallow Hill, Boulder Theater, Soiled Dove Underground, and the Denver Bronco’s Mile High Stadium. Critics and fans worldwide describe Face as “a true American heartland sound.” (Recorded A Cappella Review Board) “[Face] communicates with a directness and warmth – perhaps America at its best.” (Norbbottens Kuriren) “Soulful singing stands out above the crowd.” (FringeReview.co.uk).

About 6 Million Dollar Band (Opener)

Hailing from Denver, Colorado the 6 Million Dollar Band (6MDB to their fans) delivers high energy 80s new wave, pop, and 80s rock exactly as the original artists, with the correct sounds and musical style that made the 80s unique. Nailing the sound of artists like Tears for Fears, Journey, Madonna, Talking Heads and Duran Duran is no simple feat, and no one does it better than the 6 Million Dollar Band.

The members of 6MDB bring well-seasoned skills, each having played professionally for nearly two decades. Impeccable drumming, blazing guitar solos, four-part vocal harmonies, and a genuine enthusiasm for the music compliment the already unbeatable sound the band delivers. Selected as the opening act for both Brett Michaels and Kool & the Gang, 6MDB has built a reputation as an A-list, high energy 80s dance band that continues to perform to sold out events across Colorado.
